The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can halt further data collection from your mobile device simply by uninstalling the Application. Uninstallation prevents ongoing data gathering from your hardware, though it does not automatically erase records already transmitted to the Service Provider or external third parties.
